Terms of use

Version 2026-10-08 · in effect from 8 October 2026

Learn It With Me is run by Learn It With Me Limited (NZBN 9429054012622), Auckland, New Zealand ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice explains how we look after personal information, and schools using the site with their classes are also covered by our school data agreement.

Using the site

Every resource is free to try without an account. An account lets you keep your own progress and scores; a subscription adds challenges, assignments and gradebooks (see pricing). We work to keep the site running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change, add or retire resources and features.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

We may remove content, reset a score, or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where a student is involved, we'll tell their teacher or school.

The resources and your work

The resources, games and their content belong to us, or to the people listed on our credits page, whose work we use under their licences. Teachers and students may use them freely for teaching and learning, including in class and on a school's own systems, but not sell them or present them as their own. What students make in a resource (their answers, programs and pages) is theirs.

Subscriptions and payments

Responsibility

If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where a school or other organisation buys for its business, the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply, as section 43 of that Act allows. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any loss is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms. If a change matters to account holders, we'll email them before it takes effect; continuing to use the site after that means accepting it. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and New Zealand courts may hear any dispute. Questions? Use the support page.
